The PPL also requires a commission with the state of California as a notary to certified all articles secured for your case files to ensure proper business and HIPAA code adherence.

In keeping with the technological trends I deliver most documents reproductions to your designated secure e-mail account via an e-mail link from my secure online server. No password needed to log into the web server!  The link comes to your designated e-mail or server for download to your desktop or designated digital storage folder. The record itself is scanned at the job site as a *.PDF or *.TIFF formatted file and secured with a password if needed.  I also offer digital bate stamping (per your specifications) and can deliver or forward your records to another location via your preferred method and or shipping account.
